People may become unsheltered in the Upper Perk Valley due to a combination of factors, including economic challenges, lack of affordable housing, unemployment, mental health issues, and substance abuse. Our community is not immune to these societal issues. It's our mission at Upper Perk Code Blue to provide support and assistance to those facing homelessness, addressing the root causes, and helping individuals regain stability.
